Releasing fabric before cutting After fabric inspection, the fabrics will be storaged at the quality area. Before bulk fabric cutting, the fabrics need to be released at least 24 hours. As attached, there is a picture to show that some fabrics are releasing on the shelfves as request before cutting. Different fabrics need to release separately on the different shelves.

Fabric Cutting After fabric releasing, the fabrics will be cutting by the cutting machines. Here to show our fabric auto cutting line.  For fabric cutting, there are 3 kinds of fabric cutting ways in our factories. First way is normal and troditional way, normal cutting lines which is cutting by hand as patterns. Second way is as attached, auto-cutting lines which is cutting by machines as patterns for fabrics in normal width. Third way is small auto-cutting machines which are for cutting fabrics in narrow width like several cm, such as decoration lace.

Warp Knitting Machines And Weft Knitting Machines The fabrics used on the underwear, swimwear and activewear the most are the knitting fabrics. There are 2 kinds of knitting fabric, one is warp knitting fabric, the other is weft knitting fabric. They are using different knitting machines to make fabrics. Here are showing the warp knitting machines for warp knittting fabric and weft knitting machines for weft knitting fabric. Normally warp knitting fabrics have better extention at the vertical direction, weft knitting fabrics have better extention at the horizontal direction. As we can see that swimwear use the warp knitting fabric the most which could have better extention at the bust, waist, tumble etc.,  activewear uses the weft knitting fabrics the most which can have better fitting at the leggs etc..

Digital Print Machines There are many kinds of quality printed underwear, quality printed swimwear or quality printed activewear, they are very popular these years, and will keep popular in future. About printing, there are two printing ways, one is digital print, the other is traditional print. Here is showing digital printing machines. There are too many advantages by digital print, it is convenient which no need to make print screen at first, and takes short time to make samples, and it can print any 3D artworks, and normally takes lower cost. That is why digital print getting more and more popular. Traditional print has its own advantages. The printing colors can be more vivid than digital print, and after extenting the printed fabric, there is no white background exposed issue, as the printing is absorbed into the yarn a bit, not like digital print which is only printed at the surface of fabrics.
